Job Title: Healthcare Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wound Management: Manage and dress wounds to prevent infections and promote proper healing.
  • Healthcare Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Pain Management: Address pain concerns and implement strategies to alleviate discomfort.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
  • Adaptability, passion, and a willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
