About This Role
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate daily on-site operations and resource allocation to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to design and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders to address challenges and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of HVAC system installation, testing and commissioning.
  2. Coordination of daily on-site operations.
  3. Quality assurance checks and compliance monitoring.
  4. Communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC site management.
  • HVAC trade qualification.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or government projects.
  • Strong subcontractor and client management skills.
