  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional quality food and guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A commitment to upholding our brand standards and values.
  • A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
