We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will work closely with clients/sales consultants/designers to translate their ideas and concepts into technical drawings and plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
  • Collaborate with architects and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Incorporate changes and revisions into existing drawings as needed.
  • Ensure that drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
