About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior architecture and design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative interior design concepts that meet client needs and exceed expectations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive design excellence;
  • Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and promoting our services to potential clients;
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (interior architecture or design) and at least 8 years of experience in the industry;
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing small teams and driving results;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • A strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Adobe Creative Suite;
