Technical Visionary for Microsoft Stack Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled technical visionary to lead the delivery of innovative solutions across the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with business and technical teams to design and implement practical solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and oversee the delivery of solutions across applications, data, integration, and infrastructure;
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards;
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to guide delivery and maintain accountability for solution integrity from concept through to handover;
- Provide architectural input into project decisions and governance forums, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and interoperability with existing systems.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, including hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and FinOps), Azure Data Factory, .NET, Power Platform, and Dataverse;
- Strong ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions, with a focus on end-to-end solution architecture;
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable, but not mandatory;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
