Early Learning Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Specialist to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning Centres. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children to grow and develop.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced educator to work with our team of professionals in providing high-quality early learning programs. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework. Your expertise and passion for early learning will be essential in shaping the educational journey of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.
- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive programs that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in programming.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
- Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Hold or working towards an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
