- The successful applicant will work closely with parents, guardians, and staff members to identify student absenteeism and truancy patterns.
- They will be responsible for managing enrolment applications, providing information, and offering advice on various matters related to student attendance and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process enrolment applications in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify student absenteeism and truancy patterns.
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and other stakeholders on matters related to student attendance and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience in using computer application systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
- Initiative and organisational skills, including managing competing priorities.
