As a seasoned Human Resources professional, this role offers the opportunity to develop generalist skills in a dynamic and reputable global law firm.

The HR Advisor will work closely with the National HR Manager to manage day-to-day needs for the firm's Perth office, while also taking on national projects and responsibilities within a well-resourced global function.

Your responsibilities will be varied and could include:

  • Managing employee lifecycle processes
  • National and regional HR projects
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to effect change

This is a chance for an experienced HR professional to join a leading international law firm and contribute to its Australian presence.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills as you work autonomously on your own projects, with a supportive and experienced HR Manager as your mentor.

This fixed-term, full-time position offers a generous salary package including private healthcare and a discretionary bonus.
