**Leadership Opportunity in Retail**

A dynamic store environment is looking for a leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a senior retail professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including team management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld across the store
  • Monitor inventory levels—and liaise with suppliers to replenish stock
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations (e.g., bat fitting, equipment advice)
  • Deliver added-value services (e.g., free knocking or oiling of bats) in line with company offerings
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff—ensuring product knowledge and service standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to the team
  • Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives
  • Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and security at all times
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, staff performance, and operational metrics
  • Manage payroll and staff rosters to maintain optimal coverage and labour cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
