Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical and community nursing care to elderly clients.
- Provide support and care to vulnerable populations.
- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate clients and families on health management and preventive care strategies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or community setting.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Community Nurse or in a similar role.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Extensive experience in the aged care sector, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Valid Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Full working rights within Australia and current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Covid-19 vaccination and a valid NSW Driver's License.
