- Provide clients with relevant information to make informed decisions about their care.
- You believe in our mission to promote equality and empowerment for all individuals.
- You have experience working in disability services and are a motivated clinician.
- You are committed to person-centered approaches, strength-based practices, and fostering inclusion and participation.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are a team player.
- Current Driver's License and your own vehicle.
- A practicing member of SPA.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
- Valid Australian working Rights and an international Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than 1 year within the last 10 years.
