Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.

This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional knowledge of Cummins products and services to advise and support them. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, experience in service and parts programs, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
