Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent support with Homelessness and relevant protocols
  • Direct clients to accommodation, emergency relief, mediation, referral, and advocacy services as required
  • Assist with service delivery in daily planning, communication, and transport as needed
  • Maintain a visible presence during shifts and report any concerns to management or senior staff
  • Contribute to creating a positive and safe working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Community Services
  • Previous experience in Homelessness or Human Services sector
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police check
  • Current WA Drivers Licence
