Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and scaling our groundbreaking platform.

Your primary focus will be on shaping system architecture and guiding technical strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across our stack. You will work closely with our founders, CTO, and product/engineering teams to drive pragmatic trade-offs aligned with business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to senior engineers, foster growth across the team, and help establish a strong engineering culture.
  • Complex Initiatives: Lead complex projects from idea to production, breaking down ambiguous problems and scoping projects effectively.
  • Engineering Excellence: Champion best practices in design, code quality, testing, performance, and developer productivity.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, helping them grow professionally and personally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and leadership teams to shape roadmaps and ensure technical alignment with company vision.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Experience: Proven track record of architecting and scaling distributed systems in production, with expertise in system design, performance, reliability, and security.
  • Modern Platforms: Strong proficiency across modern TypeScript/Node.js platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Clear communication skills, ability to influence across teams and functions, and a history of technical leadership.
  • Ownership Mindset: Proactive approach to driving initiatives from vision to execution.
