We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the position of Executive Officer Custodial Ops.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level confidential administrative and executive support to senior leaders.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior executives.
  • Coordinate effective communication between departments and teams.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and papers for senior leaders.
  • Evaluate and act on correspondence through electronic record management systems.
  • Offer guidance and coaching to administrative staff.
  • Advise on corporate travel policies and procedures.
