About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administration Officer to join our Billing and Collection Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer service agreements, ensuring services are accurately billed, and verifying weekly billing reports.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in a finance-based role.
  • Billing and financial management processes experience.
  • Administrative experience with client records, service requests, and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with large CRM and Financial Management systems.
  • NDIA knowledge or other government funding understanding highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others within a busy environment.
