Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a QA Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our cloud-based platform.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for new features, bug fixes, and releases.
  2. Conduct rigorous functional and regression testing on staging and beta environments.
  3. Collaborate with developers to identify, replicate, and resolve complex issues.
  4. Maintain detailed test documentation and share findings in a structured, actionable way.
  5. Create and update user-friendly knowledge base articles for new and existing features.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software testing or QA roles, ideally in SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with staging and beta testing procedures.
  • Solid SQL skills for querying and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL.
