This is an exciting chance to become a part of our dynamic team as a Junior Healthcare IT Consultant.
You will be working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver value and drive process improvements.
As a key member of our team, you will advise clients on workflows across service lines, guide them through interdependencies and design decisions impacts.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues from other solution areas and clients to leverage best practice examples and identify benefits from implementing the solution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, helping clients identify opportunities for improvements, and be accountable for achieving the project's stated outcomes.
You will also be proficient in explaining and demonstrating the benefits of Cerner's solutions.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and is eager to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on workflows across service lines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles
- Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
- Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
- Ability to travel as needed
