At Total Workfit Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting workplace assessments and providing advice on job modifications to support injured workers in their recovery
- Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including medical professionals, employers, and insurance providers, to ensure seamless case management
- Providing vocational assessments and rehabilitation counseling to support workers in returning to work
- Conducting ADL assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced functionality
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Full registration with AHPRA or AASW
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
- Strong ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
