Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement technical design documentation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry connections and expertise to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop solutions, and deliver results that meet their needs.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering electrical engineering projects, with a strong track record of success in the defence, transport, education, and local council sectors.
- Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of Australian Standards and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including MS Office, AutoCAD, PowerCAD, Dialux, and Blue Beam.
- Defence clearance or ability to obtain, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
