Program Overview- Broad exposure to acute medical and surgical care in a real-world setting
- Development of clinical skills through immersive education sessions

- Enhancement of decision-making abilities and critical thinking
- Support for career growth and satisfaction in nursing profession
As a participant, you will be assigned a dedicated preceptor who will guide and support your learning journey. The first two weeks will be supernumerary, allowing you to focus on developing your knowledge and skills. After that, you will be working alongside our experienced nurses to build your expertise and confidence.
