Store Area Leader Position

A leadership opportunity has become available for an experienced and charismatic leader to oversee a region of retail stores.

The Role Summary
  • Responsibility for state financials, sales, wages and shrinkage targets for the group. This includes communicating budgets and motivating staff.
  • Enhancing stock consolidations and suggesting promotional opportunities based on a sound understanding of the customer base in the region.
  • Managing administration and stock, including reserve stock management, implementing loss prevention controls and general statewide administration.
  • Ensuring staff are aware of and comply with policies and procedures. Performance counselling is also conducted.
  • Collaborating closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure high standards of visual presentation to maximise sales potential.
About You
  • Essential experience in a Multi Site or Area Management role for a fashion apparel retailer.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to a rapidly growing company.
  • An eye for detail and style to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
  • Capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets.
  • Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage store teams.
  • Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual.

To be considered for this position, you must hold a current Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to local stores and regional Queensland stores.
