Job Title: Senior Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled store manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective store strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping, to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
  • Roster and manage staff schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and maintaining optimal staffing levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing business needs.
