About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Administrator to maintain financial registers, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying invoices for accuracy and coding them correctly
- Paying suppliers, processing expense claims, and reconciling statements
- Assisting with monthly reporting, filing, and data entry
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or administration, including supplier reconciliation experience
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems
- Current driver's license for travelling to different locations if required
Note: A Working With Children Check is mandatory for all employees. All employees must complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
