Clinical Support Officers play a vital role in the delivery of palliative care services.
About the RoleOur team provides comprehensive care to patients and their families, focusing on quality of life and symptom management.
The Clinical Support Officer will work closely with our nursing staff to provide administrative support, allowing them to focus on patient care. This includes tasks such as updating patient records, managing schedules, and performing data entry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Update patient records and manage scheduling in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager and other team members.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when required.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in software applications.
- Capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
