Job Title: Administration Coordinator

As a key support function, you will play a vital role in facilitating the Maintenance and leadership teams. You will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative services, coordinating meetings, and maintaining data using internal HR and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to leaders and staff.
  • Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagements with a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain and report on data using internal HR and business systems.
  • Oversee equipment ordering and supply coordination.
  • Support facility and depot management.
  • Deliver administrative programs and initiatives.
  • Manage purchasing transactions in line with operational guidelines.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, have a strong administrative background, and be confident in juggling competing priorities. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A sound understanding of HR, financial, and procurement systems and processes.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
