About the Role

As the Plant Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our operations, working closely with our workshop and maintenance teams. You will provide critical administrative support that directly contributes to the safety and efficiency of our workshop by ensuring all equipment is compliant and well-maintained.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and maintain accurate records for all maintenance and repairs.
  • Support the fabrication and mechanical workshop teams with comprehensive administrative tasks.
  • Process and raise purchase orders, invoices and service-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance by managing vehicle registrations and monitoring equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with safety administration, insurance claims and continuous improvement projects.
What You'll Bring
  • Prior experience in a service advisor, plant administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with maintenance or plant management systems.
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery servicing or experience with vehicles, plant and equipment is highly desirable.
