Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing current supply chain structures, methodologies, and protocols to boost operational efficiency and resolve logistical challenges. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and required work experience. They will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of warehouse and distribution workflows to identify areas for improvement and streamline procedures, ensuring the timely delivery of products across Australia.

The role will also involve overseeing the development and refinement of operational manuals, reports, and records related to the distribution and importation of Sri Lankan food brands to optimize processes and redefine job roles as necessary.

The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of approved logistical and operational initiatives, reviewing warehouse and distribution protocols, and identifying deviations from industry best practices.

They will analyze industry trends and supply chain dynamics to align organizational objectives with efficient management practices and heightened customer satisfaction in the Australian market.
