About the Role

This position involves collaborating with a team to create beautiful solutions for customers to receive payments efficiently. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Collaborate with design leaders to shape the product design vision and ensure high-quality execution within the product area. Champion the value of design, conduct research and analysis, help define problems, and create design frameworks.
  • Research and Testing: Identify research opportunities and participate in planning and conducting research and testing. Contribute to user research to understand customer needs and synthesize data.
  • Relationship Management: Influence and support other designers to deliver exceptional product experiences. Contribute to strategic product initiatives, facilitate team workshops, and collaborate across teams.

Requirements
  • Experience designing products with complex workflows.
  • Experience building and iterating on products based on usage patterns and user feedback.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design outcomes.
  • Experience across the entire design process, with mastery in executing elegant interfaces.
