About the RoleProvide the coordination of, and is accountable for service delivery, human and material management, expertise in the health care team, communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision. The position also shapes corporate and clinical governance in partnership with the Beaudesert Hospital and Palen Creek Correctional Centre executive team. The Nursing and Midwifery Director and Facility Manager works collaboratively and supports the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Logan and Beaudesert Health Service and MSH Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery (EDNM) with strategic direction, vision and health service priorities and may have delegated responsibilities to support the roles.
