About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Fitness First Bondi Platinum club. As a Reform Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Reform Pilates classes that cater to various fitness levels
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of members during classes
  • Maintain consistent delivery of the class format
  • Maximize class attendance through excellent execution
  • Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away
Requirements
  • Certificate III minimum fitness qualification
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and current CPR Certificate
  • Pilates Mat Work Qualification (prerequisite)
  • Reformer Pilates Qualification (not required but highly commended)
  • AusActive or equivalent registration
  • A passion for delivering a high-quality member experience
