About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at WorkFocus. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers. You will also liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments to identify RTW barriers
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes
  • Design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce

Requirements:

  • Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, or Physiotherapy
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and driver's license is required)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
