HVAC Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to join our team in delivering high-profile projects within the Greater Sydney Metro area.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading mechanical contractor, managing on-site HVAC installations and ensuring the highest possible levels of quality and service are delivered.

  • Manage on-site HVAC installations and oversee the delivery of large-scale projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with project managers and construction managers to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers to manage procurement, deliveries of equipment and materials, and review plans, designs, and drawings.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to the HVAC industry, strong partnerships with stakeholders, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to unique and challenging environments.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an HVAC Site Supervisor/Manager with a trade background in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Plumbing, or Sheet Metal.
  • Extensive knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to the HVAC industry.
  • Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and influence key decision-makers.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels.
