Job Title: Assistant in Nursing Acute Aged Care

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant in Nursing to join our team in the Acute Aged Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients and making a real difference in their lives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide support to the nursing team, assisting with patient care and contributing to a positive and respectful work environment. This role involves working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) or current enrolment in Bachelor of Nursing degree;
  • Effective written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
