Digital Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to assist in the setup, reporting, and optimization of paid performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, including UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on a daily basis, analyzing data to inform future strategies.
- Provide monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and offering insights and recommendations.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Digital Performance Manager to develop new client strategy proposals and contribute to overall client strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. Experience with social media advertising, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Ads is essential, while experience with organic social media is a plus.
We require a team player with excellent self-organization, prioritization, and time management skills. A current driver's license and willingness to obtain relevant certifications are also necessary.
