We are currently in search of a Senior Sales Executive based in Brisbane, Queensland to promote our exceptional service offerings. At Rimini Street, we deliver service solutions that enhance our clients' return on investment in premier technologies such as Oracle and SAP.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven history of sales success, and the capability to meet or exceed sales targets. We seek an individual who is driven, passionate about winning, and willing to take proactive steps to generate revenue. A strategic thinker, the candidate should be able to devise long-term sales strategies and execute them effectively with prospective clients. Building a robust pipeline to attract new clients and expand our business with our diverse solution portfolio is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Generate awareness and demand for Rimini Street's products and services by developing your territory with support from field marketing and your own outreach initiatives. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and collaboration with the lead generation team. Developing your own sales-qualified leads is a critical requirement. Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their unique objectives, challenges, and requirements. Provide strategic guidance to prospects, steering them towards Rimini Street's solutions. Utilize company resources to create or tailor compelling sales presentations, positioning statements, and other collateral for specific sales opportunities. Drive the sales process by collaborating with various functional teams (Sales Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to successfully secure opportunities. Implement and leverage current social and digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities through social networking platforms. Demonstrate expertise in LinkedIn and similar tools to develop unique outreach strategies within your territory. Maintain and track all activities in our Salesforce CRM tool. Utilize sales efficiency tools to manage your opportunities effectively. Accurately forecast and meet quarterly and annual sales commitments. Embrace continuous learning and stay updated on the latest technology, products, offerings, and sales techniques.

Required Skills

Strong territory and account planning skills with a passion for prospecting. Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and other stakeholders. Ability to engage prospects using a consultative sales approach. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with social and digital selling techniques. In-depth knowledge of key prospecting and selling tools. Ability to manage stress and handle multiple priorities. Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude. Capability to leverage support from Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, Marketing, Business Development, and Inside Sales teams.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of overall sales experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the enterprise services industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in non-sales roles such as sales engineering, consulting, or managed services.
