Job Overview

The role of Maintenance Assistant plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a preventative routine servicing program.

This includes planning and scheduling temperature checks and continuous monitoring of plant equipment. Additionally, you will manage vibration, lubrication, and thermography-based predictive maintenance programs, including data collection, analysis of issues, and planning follow-up actions from routine checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule preventative routine servicing and temperature checking.
  • Manage vibration, lubrication, and thermography-based predictive maintenance programs.
  • Provide recommendations for rotating or replacing equipment based on asset conditions.
  • Interpret, analyze, and report on asset conditions to improve plant reliability.
  • Support all sites with flexibility to move between sites as directed.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude with an eye for detail, and a willingness to work together to complete required tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data. Strong communication skills are also essential for effectively communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
