Senior Risk Management Professional

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance department, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business units.

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and processes;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and manage risks associated with new projects and initiatives;
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Develop and maintain effective risk management systems and controls;
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on risk management best practices.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that enhance our risk management capabilities. Your expertise will enable us to make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks.

In this role, you will work closely with our Risk Partner to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework. You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to risk management.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about risk management and has a proven track record of success in this field. About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field;

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management strategies.
