
Market Development Specialist

This role requires a strong understanding of the market and its dynamics to drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing relationships with accommodation providers, conducting research to identify new opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners.
- Conduct market research to provide insights and recommendations.
- Implement strategies to grow market share and revenue.
- Review partner performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Engage actively with accounts using various communication methods.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or revenue within hospitality and tourism.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-focused.
- Proactive, persistent, and determined to achieve results.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically 15-20% of the time.
- Must have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
