A Medical Workforce Recruitment Officer is sought to join our team. This role involves processing junior medical recruitment episodes and making the process as seamless as possible for convenors and candidates.

Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing self, and working effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience in health sector recruitment with Junior Medical Officers desirable.
- Time management skills, data entry accuracy, and ability to organise & prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Delivering excellent customer service across different levels of the organisation.
- Proactively managing self including an understanding of own capabilities, identifying barriers or potential risks.
- Ability to initiate practical solutions and communicate effectively with teams.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience and ability in computer based software packages such as ROB, StaffLink and Microsoft Office products.
