Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join TPG Telecom as a Marketing Communications Specialist, where you will play a key role in producing and optimizing effective customer communications for Vodafone postpaid customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, clear, and concise communications that deliver meaningful and relevant messages to the customer, adhering to Vodafone's Tone of Voice and Brand Guidelines.
  • Build and manage all outbound and inbound communications, working directly with campaign analysts, internal and external stakeholders on reviews and approvals.
  • Assist with the development of the campaign brief, working directly with the product owner on targeting requirements and communication strategy.
  • Attend all required briefing sessions with other areas of the business.
  • Assist with reporting and sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Stay up-to-date with news for the business products and services, and broader initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong copywriting, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience with interpreting and writing a brief and distilling complex ideas and explaining them clearly in customer-facing copy.
  • Experience in building emails and using design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Canva) a plus but not essential.
  • Creative, flexible, and energetic with a 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal with issues and deliver relevant solutions while ensuring the best outcome for the customer.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
