Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our payroll transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, including Payroll and HCM systems. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within scope, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industry standards, data governance, and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including influencing and reporting to senior executives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Payroll project using agile methodologies.
- Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or complex IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll and HCM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
