Job Title: Multicultural Health Services Team Leader
">This role is responsible for leading initiatives that improve health access for refugees and migrants in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will drive multicultural health strategies across the district and manage a dedicated team of professionals.
">About the Role:
">The Multicultural Health Services Team Leader coordinates planning, development, and implementation of partnership initiatives and strategies to improve access to health services and outcomes for refugee and priority migrant populations in Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD).
">Key Responsibilities:

- Operational management of a team of Multicultural Health staff, ensuring effective delivery of services and projects.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve access to health services and health outcomes for refugee and priority migrant populations, working closely with stakeholders and partners.">
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver evidence-based projects, studies, and programs that meet the needs of refugee and migrant communities.">
- Provide high-level facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills to model a culture of learning and professional development within the team.">
Requirements:

- Current driver's license valid within Australia.">
- Graduate level or above in a health or other related discipline.">
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage staff and provide project management support.">
- Experience in working in a cross-cultural context on projects to identify local issues and barriers experienced by refugee and migrant health consumers and develop solutions to improve their journey across the healthcare continuum.">
- High-level facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills that model a culture of learning and professional development.">
