Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal, social, and emotional support to residents in accordance with established principles.
  • Assist with daily activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
  • Help residents with mobility, including walking, using aids, or transferring between positions like a bed to a wheelchair.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
  • Support residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the necessary food and assist them during meals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition on our case management system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
Requirements
  • Certification III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Be adaptable, passionate about learning, and willing to collaborate.
  • Demonstrate friendly and effective communication skills.
