Job Overview

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide home help services to our aged care clients. This is an opportunity for someone to make a positive impact in someone's life.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Encourage clients to engage in physical activity and socialize with others

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
