Electrical and Instrumentation Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Project Coordinator to join our Sustaining Capital team at Guma-Warnii, a world-leading Tier 1 Iron Ore Producer. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of our CLA High Density Ore Project at Cape Lambert Port A.
The E&I Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the implementation of the project on site, coordinating multiple contracting partners and site teams, and ensuring planned and fluent project execution. This includes overseeing contractor site reporting elements, collaborating with project advisors, and identifying potential schedule impacts.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, a Fixed Plant Electrical Trade Qualification, WA Electrical licence, and proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary projects. Your ability to work in a brownfield environment and exposure to RTIO Processes and systems will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage the implementation of the project on site.
- Coordinate multiple Contracting Partners and site teams to ensure planned and fluent project execution.
- Support the Construction Lead and Project Engineers to oversee contractor site reporting elements.
- Collaborate with Project Advisors in ensuring that all site construction activities comply with and are delivered to Rio Tinto standards.
- Identify potential schedule impacts and implement strategies to assist in schedule realignment.
This is a FIFO position, approximately 12 months in duration. You will be part of a dynamic team that values health and safety, quality assurance, and the environment. As a successful applicant, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging between AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
