Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Project Coordinator

UGL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Project Coordinator to join our Perth-based team in Western Australia.
This role plays a vital part in managing technical documentation and work scopes for the installation, testing, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems on a large gas plant project.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience as a Workpack Engineer in E&I disciplines, preferably in brownfields or similar construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, industry standards, and safety regulations, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Workpacks: Create detailed workpacks for E&I activities, ensuring all necessary information is included for efficient project execution.
- Interpret Engineering Drawings: Review and interpret E&I technical drawings and schematics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multiple disciplines/departments such as procurement and construction teams to gather necessary information and ensure workpacks are accurate and comprehensive.
- Scheduling and Planning: Develop and maintain detailed schedules and plans for all E&I activities, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure all workpacks meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and provide practical solutions to ensure project progress remains on track.
