We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst – P2P to join our Shared Service Centre in Brisbane, servicing the APAC region for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave coverage.

As a key member of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely and high-quality manner, responding to enquiries, resolving open items with vendors, and collaborating closely with P2P team members locally and internationally.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Processing invoices in line with procedures and firm policies
  • Ensuring accurate posting of documents in accordance with accounting rules and legal compliance
  • Correcting erroneous AP documents
  • Handling customer requests and enquiries
  • Performing activities in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Identifying opportunities for AP process improvements and implementing them
  • Assisting with reviewing and maintaining process documentation
  • Sharing and applying best practices in the Accounts Payable area
  • Communicating with internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner
