Job Description

As a Legal Adviser, you will work closely with the team's Senior Legal Advisers to provide client-focused specialist legal and strategic advice and support to Comcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and strategic advice to Comcare on workers' compensation claims determinations
  • Manage and resolve complex legal issues and risks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve their objectives

Working Conditions

This role is based in Canberra. You will be required to undertake regular travel within Australia for training and meetings.

The Claims Legal Services team provides in-house legal advice and support to facilitate Comcare's workers' compensation claims decision making function.
